Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum
Situated at the mid-levels on Hong Kong Island, Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum is undoubtedly the best site in Hong Kong where you can reminisce the great stories of Dr Sun Yat-sen, a prominent Chinese statesman and great revolutionary in the 20th Century. Surrounded facade by the Greek-style granite columns, the museum is in a typical Edwardian Classic architecture dating back to the early 1920s. It is now a declared monument and is reckoned as one of the best-preserved buildings in Hong Kong.

Apart from the permanent exhibitions of "Dr Sun Yat-sen and Modern China" and "Hong Kong in Dr Sun Yat-sen's Time", there are also free film shows such as “Footprints of the Revolution: Passing on History” in the exhibition gallery. As you walk through the challenging journey of Dr Sun, you are welcome to join us at the Museum Summit, which will be held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 28 to 30 November. You could share ideas, get inspirations and establish connections with the directors of local museums as well as over 30 celebrated representatives from world-renowned museums and cultural institutions. See you there!
